xpsp3res.dll/dnserror.htm When Accessing Secured (SSL) Websites

You try to navigate to a secured (SSL) website such as online banking or a secured webmail and you get this error: res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\zpsp3res.dll/dnserror.htm#   First check the TIME DATE AND YEAR on your computer.  This is almost always the cause of the error.  Change the date and time to the current date and time then clear all temporary files, history, passwords, etc. (In Internet Explorer click Tools - Internet Options – General Tab – Delete then check all boxes except the Preserve Favorite Website Data).  Once you have fixed the date and time and cleared all history, etc. restart your computer and try navigating to the secured website again.   If you need more assistance please see this Microsoft Article: http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B813444&x=9&y=15...
